Meet Dalvina Black Woman Therapist in South Carolina.jpg

Wondering if it’s actually possible for things to get better?

I’ve got great news, they can!

You’ve come to the right place and I thank you for being here!

Who am I? I am a lot of things: a therapist, wife, mommy, lover of the ocean, but most importantly, I’m just like you. I am a real person who understands that life has challenges that we will all face. I walk the life I advocate, which means I’m in a constant state of growth, learning, and transformation. In doing so, I am an everyday person committed to both living life fully, while supporting others in their pursuit to do the same.

You can see the life you want to lead: one without depression, anxiety, the impact of trauma, and constant worry.

You may struggle with the loss of someone or something you held dear. Or perhaps, you are experiencing the loss of you. Do you recognize this person who stands before you in the mirror? Do you notice things you would like to understand or change? Are these struggles new, or have they been there all along? Where does it come from, and how can you heal from It? This is where I come in.

In sessions, you can expect me to walk alongside you and ask the hard questions. These are the questions that make you dig a little deeper to learn more about yourself. This is all done in a supportive and non-judgmental way. There are no limits to the thoughts you can share.

I am driven by my ability to connect with clients while providing unconditional positive regard and empathy.

You will experience safety to share and explore yourself in new ways. Yes, I am trained and follow several treatment modalities, but I know what matters most to you is that you are seen and heard. I am intentional about addressing what your unique needs and goals are. Our work will create vulnerable expressions, emotional moments, and periodic laughter because there is always joy to be found. Whatever you desire for you, is already within you.

Be Still and Heal with Me.
