Anxiety

Take back control over what is happening in your life. Thoughts are thoughts, not facts. In learning the ways in which your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all connected, you realize they don’t have to overwhelm you. You can experience transformation in how you engage with yourself and experience the world. Goodbye to overthinking and second guessing.

Trauma / Grief

Process your history of abuse, traumatic experiences, or grief over the loss of someone or something in a way that serves you. Do these experiences constantly replay in your mind? They don’t have to. Trauma is not your fault, but healing is your responsibility. See yourself past the heartache that you have experienced. Together we will rewrite the narrative.

Depression

Engage in a journey of self discovery in a supportive space in which you feel safe and heard. We will address the limiting beliefs that keep you feeling down, depleted and hopeless. The way you see yourself internally and externally in the world impacts how you show up for yourself and others. How do you talk to yourself? You are enough exactly as you are.

Let’s get to work! I wholeheartedly believe that every person is unique and I treat you as such. I get to know you on a personal level as the therapeutic process unfolds. Therapy takes place with weekly one on one sessions. This will later be adjusted based on your unique needs and growth. Trust the process, trust the journey, and heal.
